Cancellation policy

LOW SEASON (from September 30th to October 13th, 2019)

For Classic, Comfort and Superior rooms

  • free of charge until 10 days prior to arrival
  • from 9 days to 3 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 50% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 2 days to arrival date and no show: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will be charged.

For Junior Suite, Suite and Deluxe prestige rooms

  • free of charge until 20 days prior to arrival
  • from 19 days to 8 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 50% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 7 days to arrival date and no show: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will apply.


MID SEASON (from April 18th to June 12th and from September 8th to September 29th, 2019)

For Classic, Comfort and Superior rooms<

  • free of charge until 10 days prior to arrival
  • from 9 days to arrival date: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will apply

For Junior Suite, Suite and Deluxe prestige rooms

  • free of charge until 21 days prior to arrival
  • from 20 days to 11 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 50% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 10 days to arrival date and no show: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will apply.


HIGH SEASON (from June 13th to September 7th, 2018)

For Classic, Comfort and Superior rooms

  • free of charge until 22 days prior to arrival
  • from 21 days to 10 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 50% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 9 days to arrival date and no show: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will apply.

For Junior Suite, Suite and Deluxe prestige rooms

  • free of charge until 31 days prior to arrival
  • from 30 days to 21 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 30% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 20 days to 14 days prior arrival: the amount corresponding to 50% of the entire stay reserved will apply;
  • from 13 days to arrival date and no show: the amount corresponding to the entire stay reserved will apply.
